GOD’s ANSWER TO YOUR GREATEST NEED!

At the core of every human heart lies one overwhelming need: reconciliation with our Holy Creator!

Sin has separated us from God, leaving us spiritually dead, burdened by guilt, and facing eternal judgment.

No amount of good works, religious rituals, or self-improvement can bridge this chasm.

As the Bible declares, “All have sinned and fall short of God’s glorious standard” (Romans 3:23, TLB).

This is our greatest need — not health, wealth, or happiness, but forgiveness and new life.

God, in His infinite mercy, has provided the perfect answer: His Son, Jesus Christ. “For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16, TLB).

On the cross, Jesus took our place, bearing the punishment for our sins. He who knew no sin became sin for us so that we might become the righteousness of God. Three days later, the resurrection proved His victory over death, hell, and the grave. This is no mere religious story — it is historical reality and divine love in action.

The Apostle Paul summed it up powerfully: “God saved you by his Grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it” (Ephesians 2:8-9, TLB). Our response is simple yet profound: repent of sin, believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior, and receive the Holy Spirit who seals us for eternity.

This truth transforms everything. The Vietnam veteran weary from battle finds peace that surpasses understanding. The burdened soul discovers freedom. The fearful heart gains unshakeable hope. As an 85-year-young believer, I testify that God’s answer never fails. It satisfies the deepest longing and equips us for every trial.

Today, if you sense that inner emptiness, know this: God has already answered. Come to Jesus. Trust Him fully. “Anyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved” (Romans 10:13, TLB). Your greatest need has met its greatest Answer — the Sovereign King who redeems, restores, and reigns forever.

⁵Let everything He has made give praise to Him. For He issued His command, and they came into being;

Chapter 27 in Proverbs for today: (JUNE 27 (MT) (ESV)

27 Do not boast about tomorrow,
    for you do not know what a day may bring.
²Let another praise you, and not your own mouth;
    a stranger, and not your own lips.
³A stone is heavy, and sand is weighty,
    but a fool’s provocation is heavier than both.
⁴Wrath is cruel, anger is overwhelming,
    but who can stand before jealousy?
⁵Better is open rebuke
    than hidden love.
⁶Faithful are the wounds of a friend;
    profuse are the kisses of an enemy.
⁷One who is full loathes honey,
    but to one who is hungry everything bitter is sweet.
⁸Like a bird that strays from its nest
    is a man who strays from his home.
⁹Oil and perfume make the heart glad,
    and the sweetness of a friend comes from his earnest counsel.^[a]

34 Draw near, O nations, to hear,
    and give attention, O peoples!
Let the earth hear, and all that fills it;
    the world, and all that comes from it.
²For the Lord is enraged against all the nations,
    and furious against all their host;
    he has devoted them to destruction,^[a] has given them over for slaughter.
³Their slain shall be cast out,
    and the stench of their corpses shall rise;
    the mountains shall flow with their blood.
⁴All the host of heaven shall rot away,
    and the skies roll up like a scroll.
All their host shall fall,
    as leaves fall from the vine,
    like leaves falling from the fig tree.

⁵For my sword has drunk its fill in the heavens;
    behold, it descends for judgment upon Edom,
    upon the people I have devoted to destruction.

Revelation 06

7 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth, that no wind might blow on earth or sea or against any tree. ²Then I saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun, with the seal of the living God, and he called with a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm earth and sea, ³saying, “Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees, until we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.” ⁴And I heard the number of the sealed, 144,000, sealed from every tribe of the sons of Israel:

⁵12,000 from the tribe of Judah were sealed,
12,000 from the tribe of Reuben,
12,000 from the tribe of Gad,
⁶12,000 from the tribe of Asher,
12,000 from the tribe of Naphtali,
12,000 from the tribe of Manasseh,
⁷12,000 from the tribe of Simeon,
12,000 from the tribe of Levi,

A Great Multitude from Every Nation

⁹After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, ¹⁰and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” ¹¹And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, ¹²saying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”

¹³Then one of the elders addressed me, saying, “Who are these, clothed in white robes, and from where have they come?” ¹⁴I said to him, “Sir, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

¹⁵“Therefore they are before the throne of God,
    and serve him day and night in his temple;
    and he who sits on the throne will shelter them with his presence.
¹⁶They shall hunger no more, neither thirst anymore;
    the sun shall not strike them,
    nor any scorching heat.
¹⁷For the Lamb in the midst of the throne will be their shepherd,
    and he will guide them to springs of living water,
and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”

The Steps to Salvation:

> Repent: Repentance means that you are turning away from sin to turn to Christ. It does NOT mean that you will be perfect.

> Believe/Receive: Salvation is through Faith in Jesus and by the Grace of God. Believing means putting your Faith in Jesus and receiving forgiveness of sin.

>Walk in the Newness of Life: Jesus died so that we might live. We walk in the Newness of Life being Born Again by His Blood.
