God will never change not even one eyelash!
The declaration, “God will never change, not even one eyelash!” captures a profound theological truth: the absolute unchangeability of the divine nature.
This concept, central to Christian doctrine, affirms that God’s: Being, Attributes, Purposes, and Promises remain eternally constant.
Unlike human beings, who evolve through experiences, emotions, and circumstances, God stands outside the flux of time and creation as the unchanging Sovereign!
Scripture emphatically supports this reality. In Malachi 3:6 (TLB), God declares, “For I am the Lord—I do not change. That is why you are not already utterly destroyed, for my mercy endures forever.”
This verse links divine unchangeability directly to covenant faithfulness; Israel’s survival amid rebellion stems from God’s steadfast character, not human merit. Similarly, James 1:17 (TLB) portrays God as “the Creator of all light, and He shines forever without change or shadow.” Here, the metaphor of unchanging light contrasts with the shifting shadows of creation, emphasizing God’s perfect consistency in goodness and generosity.
The New Testament extends this to Christ: “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8, TLB). As the exact representation of God’s being (Hebrews 1:3), the Son embodies divine unchangeability. Even in His incarnation, Christ’s essential nature remained unaltered, demonstrating that God’s engagement with humanity flows from eternal love, not impulse. Numbers 23:19 (TLB) reinforces the distinction: “God is not a man, that He should lie; He doesn’t change His mind like humans do.” While people repent or falter, God’s word and will are reliable.
Psalm 102:25-27 (TLB) provides cosmic perspective: “In ages past You laid the foundations of the earth and made the heavens with Your hands! They shall perish, but You go on forever. They will grow old like clothing… But You are always the same; You will live forever.”
Creation decays; God endures. This unchangeability offers profound comfort. In a world of rapid technological, cultural, and personal change, believers anchor their hope in a God whose love, justice, holiness, and mercy never waver—even by “one eyelash.”
Theologically, unchangeability does not imply static detachment. God interacts dynamically with creation while His character remains fixed. He responds to prayer without altering His purposes, displaying relational constancy. This truth undergirds assurance of salvation, the efficacy of Scripture, and eschatological hope. As finite beings, we change daily; God invites us into relationship with His eternal self, transforming us into His unchanging likeness through Christ.
In conclusion, the vivid image of God’s “Eyelash” remaining unaltered poetically underscores perfect stability. This doctrine calls believers to trust, worship, and emulate divine faithfulness amid life’s tempests.
God’s unchanging nature is not cold rigidity but the warm bedrock of redemption! AMEN!

Let us Praise Him Daily!
A good way to learn to Praise God is to memorize the first 6 Verses of Psalms 148:
1 Praise the Lord, O heavens! Praise Him from the skies!
2 Praise Him, all His angels, all the armies of heaven.
3 Praise Him, sun and moon and all you twinkling stars.
4 Praise Him, skies above. Praise Him, vapors high above the clouds.
5 Let everything He has made give praise to Him. For He issued His command, and they came into being;
6 He established them forever and forever. His orders will never be revoked.
PLEASE read the last 6 Chapters of Psalms: 145-150 so that you will learn how to Praise God like David did!

Chapter 25 in Proverbs for today: (APR 25 (MT) (ESV)
25 These also are proverbs of Solomon which the men of Hezekiah king of Judah copied.
2 It is the glory of God to conceal things,
but the glory of kings is to search things out.
3 As the heavens for height, and the earth for depth,
so the heart of kings is unsearchable.
4 Take away the dross from the silver,
and the smith has material for a vessel;
5 take away the wicked from the presence of the king,
and his throne will be established in righteousness.
6 Do not put yourself forward in the king’s presence
or stand in the place of the great,
7 for it is better to be told, “Come up here,”
than to be put lower in the presence of a noble.
What your eyes have seen
8 do not hastily bring into court,[a]
for[b] what will you do in the end,
when your neighbor puts you to shame?
9 Argue your case with your neighbor himself,
and do not reveal another’s secret,
10 lest he who hears you bring shame upon you,
and your ill repute have no end.
11 A word fitly spoken
is like apples of gold in a setting of silver.
12 Like a gold ring or an ornament of gold
is a wise reprover to a listening ear.
13 Like the cold of snow in the time of harvest
is a faithful messenger to those who send him;
he refreshes the soul of his masters.
14 Like clouds and wind without rain
is a man who boasts of a gift he does not give.
15 With patience a ruler may be persuaded,
and a soft tongue will break a bone.
16 If you have found honey, eat only enough for you,
lest you have your fill of it and vomit it.
17 Let your foot be seldom in your neighbor’s house,
lest he have his fill of you and hate you.
18 A man who bears false witness against his neighbor
is like a war club, or a sword, or a sharp arrow.
19 Trusting in a treacherous man in time of trouble
is like a bad tooth or a foot that slips.
20 Whoever sings songs to a heavy heart
is like one who takes off a garment on a cold day,
and like vinegar on soda.
21 If your enemy is hungry, give him bread to eat,
and if he is thirsty, give him water to drink,
22 for you will heap burning coals on his head,
and the Lord will reward you.
23 The north wind brings forth rain,
and a backbiting tongue, angry looks.
24 It is better to live in a corner of the housetop
than in a house shared with a quarrelsome wife.
25 Like cold water to a thirsty soul,
so is good news from a far country.
26 Like a muddied spring or a polluted fountain
is a righteous man who gives way before the wicked.
27 It is not good to eat much honey,
nor is it glorious to seek one’s own glory.[c]
28 A man without self-control
is like a city broken into and left without walls.

CHAPTER 143 IN PSALMS for today: (APR 25 (TLZ) (ESV)
143 Hear my prayer, O Lord;
give ear to my pleas for mercy!
In your faithfulness answer me, in your righteousness!
2 Enter not into judgment with your servant,
for no one living is righteous before you.
3 For the enemy has pursued my soul;
he has crushed my life to the ground;
he has made me sit in darkness like those long dead.
4 Therefore my spirit faints within me;
my heart within me is appalled.
5 I remember the days of old;
I meditate on all that you have done;
I ponder the work of your hands.
6 I stretch out my hands to you;
my soul thirsts for you like a parched land. Selah
7 Answer me quickly, O Lord!
My spirit fails!
Hide not your face from me,
lest I be like those who go down to the pit.
8 Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love,
for in you I trust.
Make me know the way I should go,
for to you I lift up my soul.
9 Deliver me from my enemies, O Lord!
I have fled to you for refuge.[a]
10 Teach me to do your will,
for you are my God!
Let your good Spirit lead me
on level ground!
11 For your name’s sake, O Lord, preserve my life!
In your righteousness bring my soul out of trouble!
12 And in your steadfast love you will cut off my enemies,
and you will destroy all the adversaries of my soul,
for I am your servant.

Revelation 10 for today: (APR 25 (NN) ESV)
10 Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven, wrapped in a cloud, with a rainbow over his head, and his face was like the sun, and his legs like pillars of fire. 2 He had a little scroll open in his hand. And he set his right foot on the sea, and his left foot on the land, 3 and called out with a loud voice, like a lion roaring. When he called out, the seven thunders sounded. 4 And when the seven thunders had sounded, I was about to write, but I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Seal up what the seven thunders have said, and do not write it down.” 5 And the angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand to heaven 6 and swore by him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and what is in it, the earth and what is in it, and the sea and what is in it, that there would be no more delay, 7 but that in the days of the trumpet call to be sounded by the seventh angel, the mystery of God would be fulfilled, just as he announced to his servants the prophets.
8 Then the voice that I had heard from heaven spoke to me again, saying, “Go, take the scroll that is open in the hand of the angel who is standing on the sea and on the land.” 9 So I went to the angel and told him to give me the little scroll. And he said to me, “Take and eat it; it will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth it will be sweet as honey.” 10 And I took the little scroll from the hand of the angel and ate it. It was sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I had eaten it my stomach was made bitter. 11 And I was told, “You must again prophesy about many peoples and nations and languages and kings.”
